To start off the new year, I have added HD screen captures from my favorite movie from last year – Bad Teacher. Cameron Diaz portrayed school teacher Elizabeth Halsey in one of her funniest roles to date (delivering some classic one-liners), in this must-see comedy also starring Jason Segel, Lucy Punch and Justin Timberlake. Granted, if you haven’t seen Bad Teacher, the screen captures can spoil the movie for you. It also contains some scenes with nudity, sexual content and drug use.

Cameron Diaz, Justin Timberlake and Jason Segel all starred in the hilarious comedy Bad Teacher this summer – and it’s released on Blu-ray and DVD today! For those of you who still haven’t seen the movie, here’s the synopsis:

Elizabeth Halsey (Cameron Diaz) is a foulmouthed, ruthless, and inappropriate teacher. She drinks, gets high, and can’t wait to marry a meal ticket to get out of her bogus day job. When she’s dumped by her fiancé, she sets her sights on a rich, handsome substitute (Justin Timberlake) while shrugging off the advances of the school gym teacher (Jason Segel). The consequences of her wild and outrageous schemes give her students, coworkers, and even herself an education like no other!

Bad Teacher will be released on Blu-ray and DVD tomorrow, but two blooper videos have already been released online! They’re both hilarious (as is the movie, if you haven’t seen it already) and they seemed to have a lot of fun (a lot) when they shot the movie. Awesome news! According to the Hollywood Reporter, Bad Teacher earned an additional $2.2M at international box offices this weekend, bringing its total gross to $201.1 million worldwide. The Cameron Diaz comedy now joins The Hangover Part II and Kristen Wiig’s vehicle Bridesmaids as the latest R-rated comedy to hit the $200 million-spot.

The movie’s better-than-expected performance means strong profit margins for Sony, which made  the Jake Kasden-directed pic for under $20 million.

Congrats to Cameron and everyone else involved in this successful project!

Even more awesome news! Box Office Mojo reports that Cameron Diaz’s Bad Teacher made $31 million in its’ opening weekend! This makes it the second best opening for a comedy film so far this year! It was only beat by Pixar’s Cars 2, which made $68 million during it’s debut weekend. I’m thrilled for Cami and the rest of the cast & crew for receiving these numbers.

Hopefully positive word-of-mouth will spread (it’s gotten great audience response) and Bad Teacher will continue bringing in the fine results. Below are the top five movies this weekend:

Awesome news, everybody! The box office numbers for yesterday are in – and things are looking great for Bad Teacher! The movie exceeded expectations with a $12.1 million Friday night. The Cameron Diaz-led comedy could beat the opening weekend of fellow R-rated girl comedy Bridesmaids by opening to about $30 million! This is awesome not only for the movie (which looks superfunny), but for Cami as well! If you haven’t seen the movie yet, be sure to do so this weekend! I know I will.

It’s finally here! Bad Teacher arrives to cinemas today! The movie – directed by Jake Kasdan and starring Cameron Diaz, Jason Segel, Justin Timberlake, Lucy Punch, Phyllis Smith and John Michael Higgins – is centered around a foul-mouthed, junior high teacher who, after being dumped by her sugar daddy, begins to woo a colleague — a move that pits her against a well-loved teacher.

Although Bad Teacher has received mixed reviews, Cameron Diaz has been given an “A” from practically all of them for her performance as Elizabeth Halsey. The movie is predicted to take the second spot at the box office this weekend, after Cars 2 which is also opening. Be sure to go out to see Bad Teacher to support the cast and crew and to have a good time at the movies!
