What better way to sneak start the new year than with Cameron Diaz on the cover of a new magazine! She’s featured on Marie Claire Australia’s January issue, and we’ve got the scans! Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake are featured in the new issue of Vogue Italy! The interview – done during the press conference for Bad Teacher on June 3rd – is about working together on the movie, fitness and love. I’ve included a bit of the interview below. Why Together?
Cameron Diaz: “No, do not think for a minute we are together. He is one of my best friend. Our relationship is somewhat better in this way, knowing each other really well and not having the need to hide something from one another. Beside promoting the movie Bat Teacher, we are also here as presenters for the upcoming 2011 MTV Movie Award tonite. Lot’s of fun.”
Justin Timberlake: “Yes, Cameron is right, and the only thing I’d like to say to her right now is… Honey, I still have your golf bag with all your the golf clubs.”

Being A Geek
Cameron: “I was a geek in high school, til i developed long killer legs. After that, I was no a geek no more. That was when I started to model and travelling around the world.”
Justin: “Everyone has a geek inside of us who just wants to come out. I was a geek all my life, even though people perceived me differently after I kissed Britney Spears when I was 17. Even now I am geek. Maybe you noticed it because of movies like The Social Network and Bad Teacher, beside my TV stints on Saturday Night Live.”

Would you do anything for love?
Cameron: “Almost anything.”
Justin: “Yes, without any doubt.”

Great news, UK fans! Cameron Diaz is featured on the cover of the July issue of Cosmopolitan’s UK edition! The pictures and interview are pretty much the same as the ones used in the US edition (June issue), but is still a must-have if you’re a Cami-fan. On her life philosophy: “I think you get better as you age. You know what you want, and you become stronger mentally, emotionally, and physically…But also, things have happened recently that have pushed me to grow. My father died, and having gone through that really made me think about my life and how I want to live it.”

Friendship talk via Drew Barrymore: “She’s my sister, but we bro out and have crazy adventures. I always know that she is game. Most people don’t know this, but she’s very edgy…That has been a big part of our friendship, knowing that she will throw down at any time as well as that sisterly, cozy, nurturing love that we have.”

First of all, I’m so sorry for the lack of updates as of late. Still not with regular Internet access and therefore unable to post new things the way I want to. This will all change very soon and I’ll catch up with everything that is missing; information, photos and videos.

She looks gorgeous on the cover as well as the photoshoot inside (coming to the site in a few!) and the interview is a great read as well. Cameron Diaz is many things: an ever-smiling, booty-shaking, blonde, leg-alicious movie goddess. But she’s also, surprisingly, something of a sage. “People always say, Oh, you haven’t changed at all, despite the fame,” she says, throwing ice cubes in a glass of pinot grigio at Gemma, a restaurant in downtown New York. “But I believe that fame makes you become who you are more clearly.” More than 15 years of global first-name-only celebrity teaches a girl a thing or two. “When all the doors are open for you, you have to set boundaries for yourself. If you don’t have a good upbringing, the danger is that you’ll take advantage of those limitless opportunities, and then,” she says, “you lose your shit.”

At 37, Cameron hasn’t lost anything. If anything, she’s gained a palpable sense of calm, of “consistency” (one of her favorite words). “I’m more accountable for my behavior because everyone sees me. Everyone talks about me,” she says. She pays attention to the simple things, like not cutting lines, paying for things that she’s offered for free, and not “shutting down a store and kicking everyone out so you can be alone.” She’s never wanted to score big on the “asshole-ometer.”
